They administer childhood vaccinations as well as giving up-to-date travel health advice and immunisations.
Rosemary Emmonds, MMI, Med, B.Ed (Hons), Cert Ed, PG Couns, MAMS, will be able to help you with administrative and non-medical aspects and to discuss any suggestions, comments or complaints.
We hope you find our receptionists friendly and efficient. They have the difficult job of keeping both doctors and patients happy. To enable them to direct you to the appropriate service you will be asked for a brief indication of your illness. All our staff members receive training and appreciate the need to fully protect your confidentiality.
We have a team who assist us with our secretarial and administrative requirements such as Choose and Book referrals and read-coding.

A Blackburn team of midwives will co-ordinate maternity care at the Birthing Centre 01254 733434 and running antenatal clinics and at the Sure Start Centre in Pringle Street on Friday mornings. Contact number: 01254 507750.
Our attached health visitors work primarily with families and young children. Contact number: 01254 584344.
We have a local pharmacist (Haroon Patel) who assists our staff and patients. He helps update repeat medication and also reviews some patients on complex or multiple drugs. He has bookable clinics on Friday mornings.
